STEVEN ZIEGLER IS APPOINTED TO EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT, SALES & STRATEGIC GROWTH

DENVER, CO, March 2006 - JobPlex, Inc. is pleased to announce the appointment of Steven Ziegler to Executive Vice President, Sales and Strategic Growth. Steve will be responsible for driving domestic consultant recruiting and will be the direct link to the consultant's integration into JobPlex. In addition to this role, Steve will retain his responsibilities as a top search consultant for the Denver office.

Steve joined JobPlex in Denver in 2005 after JobPlex acquired his firm of 7 years, ZDS Executive Search. Steve won the award of "Rookie of the Year" at JobPlex's Annual 2005 Conference. "Steve's exceptional leadership skills combined with his strategic insight to our industry will have a substantial impact on the future of JobPlex," commented Bob Aylsworth, JobPlex President and CEO.

Steve's primary executive search focus is on serving clients in the technology, manufacturing, and professional services business sectors. Additionally, Steve has performed searches within the financial services, natural resources and healthcare industries. Functionally speaking, Steven has spent a significant amount of his career assisting rapidly expanding companies in structuring, building and capturing talent for sales forces and identifying the executives who lead them.
