STEVEN H. SAPERSTEIN JOINS JOBPLEX AS EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT
NEW YORK, NY, March 2006 - JobPlex is pleased to announce that Steven Saperstein has recently joined the firm as Executive Vice President, based in their New York City office. JobPlex is an affiliate of DHR International, the fifth largest executive search firm in the United States. Steven will be conducting the firm’s middle management recruitment and solutions business.

Prior to joining JobPlex, Steve held a number of senior level positions within the financial services industry, from Marketing Vice President to President and Chief Executive Officer. Steve has helped to build, lead, and manage organizations consistent with the company’s goals and objectives. During his career, he has developed marketing and sales programs that drove growth in company sales from less than $250 million to nearly $500 million annually. He also developed strategies that included the recruiting, licensing, and training of over 1200 financial advisors. In addition, he established the Financial Planning initiative and created asset allocation services for more than 1500 financial consultants.

A native New Yorker, Steve received his Bachelor’s degree from Hunter College of the City University of New York. Steve is married, and has two sons.
