MICHAEL SCHULER JOINS JOBPLEX AS MANAGING DIRECTOR
PHILADELPHIA, PA, February 2005 - JobPlex is pleased to announce Michael Schuler as Managing Director. Michael, based in Philadelphia, PA, will conduct the firm’s middle management recruitment and solutions business expansion into the Pennsylvanian market. Michael has a thorough knowledge and understanding of today’s traditional and cutting edge staffing trends and techniques, at both strategic and tactical levels. He benefits from having experience on both the corporate and vendor side of recruiting.
Most recently, Michael was the North American Employment and Sourcing Manager for VWR International, a $2.7 billion global distributor of scientific equipment and supplies. In this role, Michael held responsibilities for managing all aspects of staffing in North America, where he introduced a full array of candidate sourcing methodologies, including cutting-edge internet techniques, off-shore sourcing, recruitment research and outsourcing.
Prior to his work at VWR, Michael gained valuable industry experience as a recruiter with the Hay Group, Brandywine Consulting Group and Contemporary Staffing Solutions. Michael graduated from Bloomsburg University in Pennsylvania with a B.S. degree in Marketing and a Concentration in Accounting.
