DALLS, TX, November 2006 - JobPlex is pleased to announce that Clement Wigger has joined the firm as Executive Vice President in the Dallas, TX office.  Clem is responsible for expanding JobPlex’s market presence in Texas.  He has eleven years of broad search experience in mortgage banking, technology, and international banking industries.
 
Most recently, he was Managing Partner of The Brightman Group, a search firm serving the national demands of the Mortgage Industry.  With the support of Clem’s international experience, The Brightman Group successfully expanded its scope to reach the Latin America and Western European markets.
 
Prior to The Brightman Group, Clement entered into the search business as Managing Director for HMR, a recruiting firm serving the Dallas technology corridor.
 
Before emerging into the search industry, he lived in Mexico City during his tenure as Vice President, Latin America for La Prairie Cosmetics.  His responsibilities included all marketing and sales activities for Latin America and Mexico.  He is fluent in Spanish and has developed a number of successful entry strategies for US firms wanting to operate in Latin America.
