ST. LOUIS, MO, December 2006 - JobPlex is pleased to announce the appointment of Jeff Struve, Executive Vice President and Managing Director, to the St. Louis, MO office.  He has an established executive human resources background in management consulting, high technology, financial institutions, retail and start-up businesses.
 
Prior to joining JobPlex, he worked as Vice President for the AAIM Management Association, starting up a new business line around HR outsourcing services.  Jeff’s skill sets include leading the practice areas of compensation and benefits consulting, employee opinion surveys, assessments, career transition and talent acquisition solutions.  Prior to joining AAIM, he served on their Board of Directors as a Member and former Chairman.
 
Previous to joining the AAIM Management Association, he held various Vice President and Senior Vice President Human Resources positions at companies such as Reuters, The Brown Shoe Company, MasterCard International and Bank One. His experience includes mergers and acquisitions, talent management, change management, organizational redesign projects and other innovative HR programs.
 
Jeff is a former leader and President of the Board of the Employment Management Association (EMA), and SHRM, where he served on the National Board of Directors as Vice President of Professional Emphasis Groups.
