DALLAS , TX, March 2007 - JobPlex is pleased to announce the addition of Robert Daugherty, Executive Vice President and Managing Director, to the Dallas, TX office. Rob brings over 12 years of talent acquisition leadership and expertise and has developed “best-in-class” recruiting programs for Fortune 500 companies.
 
Prior to joining JobPlex, Rob worked with the Recruitment Process Outsourcing group at Hewitt Associates, where he acted as the Director of Recruiting for TXU Corporation.  He built the recruiting function from the ground floor up, turning it into a best-in-class program.
 
Prior to Hewitt Associates, Rob served as the Director of Recruiting at Tenet Healthcare, building a talent acquisition function for Tenet’s largest division. 
 
Previously, Rob was recruited to Kinko’s (now FedExKinko’s) to help build a recruiting function during the move of their corporate headquarters from California to Dallas, TX.  He quickly moved up to a management role where he was responsible for all field and sales recruiting.
 
Earlier in his career, Rob was an Associate Partner with the Lucas Group, where he was responsible for working a combination of contingent and retained searches in accounting and finance.  He was instrumental in building the Chicago office and was later promoted to Dallas where he helped hire, train, mentor and develop new recruiters.  Rob began his career working for a contingent recruiting firm and quickly became a top producer and was recognized as “Recruiter of the Year” twice.
 
Rob graduated from Lakeland College in Wisconsin with a double major in Finance and Statistical Analysis and minors in Economics and Business Management.
