DENVER , CO, March 2007 - JobPlex is pleased to announce that Luke Wyckoff has joined the firm as Executive Vice President in the Denver, CO office.
 
Prior to joining JobPlex, Inc., Luke was Manager of Channel Operations for the Western Region of Development Dimensions International.  He managed the sales of pre-hire assessment technology for 26 Sales executives in the Western region for Monster.com. 
 
Over the past 12 years with DDI, Luke has consulted such clients as AT&T, Coors, Pharmacia, Qwest Communications, Kellogg, Whirlpool, Johns Manville First Data, Teletech and Herman Miller.  Projects included job analysis, behavior based selection system design, culture change (mergers), healthcare start ups, competency based performance management and succession planning systems, executive / CEO assessment, and leadership development training.
 
Luke is well respected in the senior human resource community in Colorado and throughout the United States.  He is regularly sought out for public speaking engagements around the topics of staffing, selection and assessment and succession management.  Luke received his Executive MBA from the University of Colorado and has a Bachelors degree in Marketing from FerrisStateUniversity.
