ST. LOUIS , MO, October 2007 – JobPlex, An Affiliate of DHR International, is pleased to announce the addition of Cindy Breth, Executive Vice President, to the St. Louis office. Cindy has over twenty-five years of professional recruitment experience within the accounting and information technology industries.
 
Prior to joining JobPlex, Cindy was the Founder and President of Career Options, LC, a boutique IT recruiting firm. Her client base included technology start-ups, Fortune 100 and 500 corporations as well as large government entities. 
 
Cindy started her search career with Robert Half International, Inc.  During her 20+ years with the firm, she was recognized as a top producing Sales Executive and Area President.  Cindy created incentives and mentoring programs to attract a superior sales team, which led to her recognition as a leader to some of the top producers in the country. She played a pivotal role in the successful transition of numerous franchised-owned offices to corporate owned entities and helped develop and implement corporate best practices programs.
 
Cindy was a Board Member for the Institute of Management Accountants (IMA), International Association of Administrative Professionals (IAAP) and Women in Technology International (WITI) organizations, where she served in a Corporate Development and Employment Advisory capacity.
 
Cindy is an active supporter of The Little Bits Foundation, a non-profit organization that provides clothing, school supplies and nutrition to inner city school-aged children .
