CHICAGO, October 2007 – DHR International is pleased to announce the appointment of Tom Goodrich to President of JobPlex. In this position, Mr. Goodrich will be responsible for leading the integration of JobPlex as a practice group under DHR International’s current suite of service offerings. JobPlex will continue to be positioned as a DHR company and together the two companies will be marketed as offering the total recruitment solution for clients worldwide.
In the new role, Mr. Goodrich will work closely with David Hoffmann, Chairman & CEO of DHR International, on the day to day operations and strategic initiatives for JobPlex. Specifically, Mr. Goodrich will take an active role in the hiring and on-boarding process for all new JobPlex consultants. He will oversee Todd Hicks and James Cassedy in the Chicago office both of whom are exclusively focusing on internal recruiting efforts as JobPlex continues to expand on a global basis.
Mr. Goodrich began his career with DHR International more than four years ago as an Executive Vice President, working with clients from all industries. He has partnered with Jobplex for more assignments than any other DHR consultant which has led him to gain invaluable knowledge of the JobPlex model. Prior to joining DHR International, Mr. Goodrich was the President and Chief Operating Officer of a privately-held, global manufacturer with sales in 40 countries for almost 15 years. In this role, he was responsible for over 100 sales, operational and support personnel.
