Rob has more than 20 years of senior level experience at large European telecom companies, in addition to running his own executive search firm.
 
Prior to joining JobPlex, Rob ran his own management consultancy and executive search firm. His primary specialization was in the European telecom market, working with some of the largest global telecom companies and start-ups.
 
Previously, Rob worked for more than 20 years in the telecom market. His experience includes 12 years in senior management positions with BT, Managing Director at WorldCom UK, and SVP at Level 3 Europe. Rob has gained experience working in large, mature organizations and also in start-up and rapid growth companies with significant staffing and P&L responsibilities.
