Tara has been a search professional for the past 20 years with expertise in media, technology, marketing and financial services for clients ranging from start-ups to Fortune 500 organizations. 
 
At JobPlex, Tara will act as a generalist, recruiting professionals across all industries and functions for leading corporations. The JobPlex recruitment solution focuses on the middle management market, complimenting DHR’s senior retained executive search practices.
 
Prior to JobPlex, Tara was President of a boutique executive search firm for 20 years where she worked in both the Greenwich , Ct and New York City offices as a generalist. Tara was responsible for acquiring new accounts with Fortune 500 companies including; Merrill Lynch, Salomon Smith Barney, Greenwich Capital, HBO, Information Builders, Inc., Arts & Entertainment Television Networks, Discovery Communications, Moody’s Investors Services, and Memorial Sloan Kettering.
 
Before becoming a consultant in executive search, Tara was in sales with Xerox Corp.
 
Tara served as a board member of the Westchester County, NY chapter of the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation from 2003 until 2007, and was an active participant on the auction procurement committee for the Foundation’s spring galas.
 
Tara attended the University of Massachusetts where she received a Bachelor’s of Art degree in French Literature.
