LINDSAY WALTER APPOINTED TO EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT, CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER OF JOBPLEX

CHICAGO, IL, July 2008 – DHR and JobPlex are pleased to announce the appointment of Lindsay Walter to Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer at JobPlex. In this position, Lindsay will oversee the day to day operations of the company and focus on domestic growth. Additionally, Lindsay will work closely with DHR consultants to identify opportunities and recommend the appropriate JobPlex partner. David Hoffmann will remain Chief Executive Officer of JobPlex.

Lindsay began her career with DHR International more than six years ago and has been responsible for several key projects within both companies. In 2004, Lindsay joined JobPlex, as Executive Vice President. In her role at JobPlex, Lindsay implemented numerous operational and structural changes that have positioned the firm for substantial success. Lindsay also served in the role of Executive Vice President, Marketing & Public Relations for DHR from 2006-2007. She returned to JobPlex in the fall of 2007.

Prior to her career at DHR and JobPlex, Lindsay was with Diamond Management & Technology Consultants. Lindsay holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Miami University, where she received a Degree in Marketing and Management Information Systems.
