SCOTT FAUROT JOINS JOBPLEX AS EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT
SAN DIEGO, CA, August 2008 – JobPlex, a DHR International Company, is pleased to announce the addition of Scott Faurot, Executive Vice President, to the San Diego office. Scott joins the firm with over 10 years of executive search experience working with clients in the Insurance, Financial Services, Real Estate/Construction and Renewable Energy sectors.
Prior to joining JobPlex, Scott was Director of Executive Search for the Commercial Construction department at Newport Strategic Search, a privately held executive recruiting firm specializing in the construction business.
Scott began his executive recruiting career with Lucas Group, an international recruiting firm, and rose to the rank of Managing Partner before departing. During this time, Scott became a specialist in the Insurance and Financial Services sectors. His placements ranged from senior officers to brokers and front line sales representatives for national and international insurance carriers. Scott has worked with a number of companies such as Countrywide Insurance building out new insurance teams. While at Lucas Group, Scott won numerous awards for his recruiting and managing success.
Scott graduated from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona where he played varsity baseball and was active in the college athletic training program.
