DEBORAH ROCHA JOINS JOBPLEX AS EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT
JobPlex is pleased to announce that Deborah Rocha has joined as Executive Vice President in the firm’s Austin, Texas office.
Ms. Rocha has over twelve years of retained search and corporate executive recruiting experience conducting global search in a variety of functions and industries. These industries include among others, consumer and enterprise technology products, software services and solutions, e-commerce and interaction design, legal and compliance, insurance, consumer products, banking and financial services, manufacturing, telecommunications, healthcare and pharmaceutical.
Ms. Rocha was most recently a Senior Consultant and member of the Executive Talent Acquisition team at Dell, Inc. In this role, she recruited executives into positions within the top one percent of the organization, charged with supporting the company’s Global Services Group, Consumer and Commercial Product Groups and corporate services functions.
Prior to Dell, she was the National Associate Director of Recruiting for Financial Advisory Services at KPMG, LLP. Located in the Dallas office, Deborah led a national team of recruiters and worked closely with practice leaders on Principal and Partner level searches. Deborah started her executive search career at Dieckmann & Associates, a Chicago-based retained boutique search firm as a Researcher and then several years at Boyden Global Search in the Chicago office where she served as an Associate focused on Financial Services and Consumer Products industries.
A native of Wisconsin, Deborah earned her B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Parkside. She holds designations as both a Senior Professional Human Resources (SPHR) and a Certified Diversity Recruiter (CDR).
