Our single search approach is specifically formulated for middle to senior 
level positions. For each search, we will formulate a specific search strategy
in conjunction with the Hiring Manager to enable us to target the exact person
that will be successful. The search strategy will include specific details of
the position, target companies and relevant affinity associations. Our sourcing
strategy serves as a blueprint for timely and accurate search execution.
Each search will have an individual recruiter dedicated to its execution and
this recruiter will work closely with your Hiring Manager to ensure success.
Candidates will be fully screened and interviewed prior to presentation to your
Hiring Manager. Upon mutual interest, the candidate’s background will be
presented to the Hiring Manager for feedback. Upon satisfactory feedback, the
recruiter will work with the Hiring Manager to arrange an interview and any
follow up necessary. Our recruiter will continue to present pre-screened and
qualified candidates to your Hiring Manager until a hiring decision is made and
an offer is extended and accepted.
