JobPlex will develop and execute multi channel sourcing and recruitment
strategies. Our objective is to source and attract a qualified candidate pool
while managing cost per hire and improving overall quality and efficiency. The
sourcing channels could include any of the following:

Direct Recruitment
- JobPlex will identify target companies in partnership Human Resources and line management. JobPlex will source and identify individuals who possess the targeted skill set and proactively contact them to present your opportunity.

Internet Mining
- JobPlex will utilize our proprietary web mining technology to identify and source potential candidates. This technology will support the direct recruitment activities outlined above as well as independently generate lists and candidates that will proceed directly to the screening and evaluation phase of the process.

Advertising
- JobPlex will assist where needed in the execution of an advertising initiative focused on communicating your opportunities to key markets, professional associations and societies.

Internet Job Postings
– JobPlex, in partnership with Human Resources will identify a number of Internet career boards and job posting sites targeting the passive job seeker.

- JobPlex maintains relationships with affinity groups and educational institutions that become valuable resources for the attraction of diversity candidates.
