With more than a decade of search experience, Shea has completed searches across a broad range of technology domains including, SaaS, IT, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, software development, and mobility. Prior to joining Jobplex, Shea was Director of Executive Search and  Managing Partner for a global boutique search firm specializing in the technology sector, helping international companies and startups to successfully scale while building their footprint in the US.
