Demonstrating a culture-first approach, Taylor has expertise in building out executive teams and placing emerging leaders. With industry expertise across energy, construction, and engineering, Taylor has placed key leaders and functional teams to lead large-scale and complex global ERP transformations.

Prior to joining Jobplex, Taylor served as Client Partner at a boutique search firm, focused on C-suite and emerging leadership placements for venture-backed scale-ups within climate tech, con-tech, insure-tech, and SaaS.
