CHICAGO (July 13, 2022) – Jobplex, Inc., a DHR Global company, announces the appointment of Ray Knight to Managing Partner in the Diversity and Life Sciences Practice Groups. He is located out of the firm’s Chicago office.
Knight brings more than 15 years of executive search experience to his role, where he will bring diverse candidates to clients in the life sciences industry with a specialization in roles for hospitals and medical device companies.

Prior to joining Jobplex, Knight founded and led The Knight Group, an executive search firm focused on healthcare and diversity. In addition, he was the Managing Director of a boutique executive search firm, where he focused on healthcare, pharmaceuticals, medical device and hospital networks.

Previously, Knight was Deputy Director and CIO for the State of Illinois focused on strategic planning and performance management for the Department of Child & Family Services. He also served as COO for General Wellness Inc, a healthcare consultancy start-up.
Knight earned his bachelor’s degree in economics from Oberlin College, where he was a member of the varsity basketball team. He holds a master’s degree in public policy and finance from the University of Chicago.
