CHICAGO (August 24, 2016) – Jobplex is pleased to announce the promotion of Patrick Bulmer to partner. He formerly served as principal for the firm, and is based in the firm’s Chicago headquarters.
In this role, Bulmer will lead search engagements across North America and be responsible for business development. Bulmer is an expert at leveraging the Jobplex process in combination with the infrastructure of DHR International, which has allowed him to become a go-to resource for project initiatives and hard to fill, niche positions. Functionally, a majority of his work has been placing technology professionals into Fortune 50 companies nationally.
Prior to becoming partner, Bulmer served as principal at Jobplex where he supported the president of Jobplex and select partners. He leads the Jobplex recruiting services for the Microsoft Software and Systems Academy; an IT training program created by Microsoft which qualifies and places transitioning military veterans into technology positions with leading IT companies across the country.

Patrick received his Bachelor’s Degree in Literature from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where he worked for the UW Foundation, the university’s non-profit fund raising organization.
