ST. LOUIS (October 22, 2020) – Jobplex Inc. is pleased to announce the promotion of Luke Elias to Partner. He joined the firm in 2014 and is based out of the St. Louis office.
Over his tenure with the firm, Elias has placed well over 150 candidates with clients nationally. He is known for his hands-on approach to assignment execution and is responsible for managing a tailored recruiting process through the creation of search strategy, candidate development, and supporting clients through the interview and candidate selection process.

Elias has executed numerous senior to mid-level searches with a heavy focus in Banking, Private Equity, and Industrial verticals. Many of his placements are within the sales and operations functions. Luke has led assignments for several key accounts, such as: BMO Harris Bank, Regions Financial Corporation, TPG Capital, American Securities, and Archer Daniels Midland (ADM).

Before being promoted to Partner , Elias spent six years rising through the ranks as a top producing Associate and Senior Associate. Prior to joining Jobplex, he was a Business Development Manager for Tatum, a financial consulting firm. He began his career in the professional sports industry with the St. Louis Blues and Chicago Fire Soccer Club.
Luke holds a BSBA from John Carroll University, Boler School of Business. He was a member of the varsity baseball team and leader of the American Marketing Association.
