CHICAGO (November 21, 2014) – Jobplex is pleased to announce that Russ Riendeau, PhD, has joined as executive vice president in the firm’s Chicago office. Riendeau brings more than 29 years of executive search experience to Jobplex.
Prior to joining Jobplex, Riendeau was the founder of East Wing Group Inc., a retained search practice working with Fortune 1000 companies and mid-sized privately held organizations. Jobplex acquired East Wing Group Inc. in November 2014, as a strategic acquisition to bring Riendeau’s behavioral science research background and proven track record to the firm.

A recognized speaker on leadership effectiveness and business psychology, Riendeau has authored/co-authored seven books on talent acquisition, has been quoted by the Wall Street Journal and has delivered multiple TEDx presentations. He has also worked as an adjunct faculty member at Northwestern University and a member of General Electric’s corporate leadership education team.
Early in his career Riendeau was in construction management with the largest homebuilder in Illinois. He then became a partner in a Chicago based sales recruitment company for 14 years.
Riendeau earned a PhD in Behavioral Psychology from Capella University, a Master of Arts in Developmental Psychology and a Bachelor of Arts in Applied Behavioral Sciences from National Louis University. He is also a member of Vistage International.
