Williams brings more than 10 years of experience to Jobplex and will be specializing in business development and client management within the advanced technology industry. He has delivered game changing talent to telecommunications, software, industrial and professional services organizations ranging from $10M-$40B in revenues.
Prior to joining Jobplex, Williams served as Managing Partner for Blue Signal, an executive search firm focused in wireless telecommunications. Formerly, Williams spent seven years at the Lucas Group as Senior Partner and Executive Senior Partner. There he developed a deep understanding of executing a wide range of searches for SMB and Fortune 500 companies and he trained and mentored many junior associates. Williams’ extensive wireless telecommunications work includes delivering sales and executive talent to OEM, system integrators, network operators, and unified communications providers, globally.

Williams holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Organizational Training & Development from Kent State University. He resides in Chicago and enjoys golfing and skiing with his family.
