Adam has successfully completed searches from the C-suite to director level across a broad range of functions, including marketing, operations, human resources, finance, IT, sales, and supply chain. Known for his strategic and relationship-driven approach, Adam partners closely with clients to deliver transformative leadership solutions.
Adam was tapped to lead the expansion of the Jobplex Consumer Practice in 2018 and continues to collaborate with colleagues across DHR’s global network. He played a key role in launching the firm’s Hospitality & Leisure Practice and previously served as a Senior Associate at DHR in the Retail and Consumer Practices. His career began at a boutique executive search firm focused on retail and wholesale businesses, followed by leadership roles at a large global search firm.
Based in New York and Charlotte, Adam lives in western North Carolina with his wife and five children. He has served as a Town Councilman and sits on several nonprofit boards, reflecting his commitment to community leadership.
