Andrew built his career through search execution, developing expertise across the full search lifecycle, from market mapping and assessment through client presentations and placement. He is known for disciplined execution, strong discernment and a solution-oriented approach that keeps complex searches moving forward, earning him a reputation for getting placements right the first time.
Andrew joined DHR in 2021 as an Associate and was promoted to Director, Client Delivery before advancing to Partner at Jobplex. His approach is grounded in authenticity, transparency and trust, with an emphasis on long-term alignment for clients and candidates.
Prior to joining DHR, Andrew built a foundation in sales, recruiting and operations at Grainger and Randstad, where he led a staffing branch and grew annual revenue by 30 percent over two years.
Andrew earned a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Lake Forest College. He lives in Lake Bluff, Illinois, with his wife and two children.
