With a deep understanding of corporate services and operations, Jeff successfully recruits leaders for roles including C-level, Vice Presidents, General Managers and Directors.
Prior to joining Jobplex, Jeff served as Principal at a privately held executive search firm where he led searches for senior-level management professionals throughout Canada. His areas of expertise are recruiting top senior talent across corporate services and operations within oil and gas, mining, construction and non-profit.
Jeff is known as a leader and mentor and has been involved in coaching minor hockey after completing a successful career. He parlayed his high hockey IQ into a progressive career as a hockey coach and as a recruiter, has been effective at utilizing his extensive network of relationships across all professional levels including the NHL, AHL, ECHL, Europe, Canadian Major Junior Hockey, US Colleges and Canadian Universities.
Jeff is currently completing his CPHR designation. Jeff holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Acadia University in Wolfville, Nova Scotia, a Master of Science degree in International Business from the University of Groningen in the Netherlands, a Supply Chain Management Professional (SCMP) designation and a Certificate in Risk Management from York University.
