Experience

As a trusted advisor to hiring managers in the financial services sector, Luke specializes in commercial banking, wealth management, and asset management. He and his team recruit for positions such as market leaders, commercial relationship managers, advisors, wholesalers, portfolio managers, and corporate functions. Luke has extensive experience placing candidates across North America.

Before his promotion to Partner, Luke spent six years as the lead Senior Associate executing on searches in the Financial Services and Private Equity practices. Prior to joining Jobplex, he was a Business Development Manager at Tatum, a financial consulting firm.

Luke holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from John Carroll University, Boler School of Business. He resides in St. Louis with his wife, Kaylie, and their three children.
