With over 20 years of combined experience within human resources, talent acquisition, and executive search, she brings a high-touch approach to support her clients and candidates. Susan possesses a proven track record for managing and executing senior-level search projects across retail, digitally native brands, and specialty lifestyle consumer organizations. She has extensive knowledge in core functions including marketing, merchandising, planning, finance, and HR.
Prior to joining Jobplex, Susan served as Principal, Retail & Consumer at a global search firm. She began her retail career upon completing the Executive Development Training Program at Macy’s. With a strong passion for people and navigating career paths, Susan held multiple positions in product development, HR, and talent acquisition at Macy’s, Walmart Inc., and Ross Stores before transitioning into executive search.
Susan holds a bachelor’s degree in sociology from Stonehill College and a master’s degree from Fordham University.
