Bell previously served as Associate Partner and Vice President, Global Talent Acquisition at DHR Global. In his new role, he will advise private equity sponsors, founder-led companies, and growth-stage organizations on the recruitment of revenue-driving and operational leaders across emerging technology, industrial services, manufacturing, and hospitality.
Bell’s promotion reflects a deliberate, long-term career progression within DHR and Jobplex. Over an 11-year tenure with DHR Global, he worked across the firm’s research and corporate teams, played a central role in partner recruitment and onboarding, and helped strengthen global talent development and succession efforts. This experience gives him a distinctive perspective on assessing leadership capability and long-term potential in high-impact roles.

Bell brings more than 12 years of executive search experience, with a strong record of placing sales, commercial, and operational leaders across North America, Europe, and Australia. He is known for a hands-on, data-driven approach and for supporting clients through periods of growth, scale, and transformation.

Bell began his executive search career in London. He holds an MBA with a concentration in leadership and strategy from Wake Forest University and bachelor’s degrees in economics and international studies from the University of South Carolina. He is based in Charlotte, North Carolina.
