CHICAGO (Jan. 13, 2014) – Jobplex is pleased to announce the promotion of Sasha Fernandez to account manager. She was formerly a senior associate and is based in the firm’s Chicago office.
In this role, Fernandez will exclusively assist Executive Vice President Steve Elias and Executive Vice President Allicia Hahn, both top producing EVPs at Jobplex, with client management activities. She will also continue to lead searches independently, as well as act as team lead in projects with multiple associates assigned.
Since joining Jobplex in 2010, Fernandez has successfully completed 36 searches with key clients, such as several American Securities Portfolio companies and Tempur-Pedic. She also successfully led a 16 placement project with FleetPride, a TPG portfolio company.
“Sasha’s strong drive, and ability to quickly identify and engage high quality candidates has made her a consistent top performer at Jobplex,” said Elias. Before joining Jobplex, she worked for three years as a research associate at DHR International, the parent company of Jobplex.
Fernandez has a degree in Political Science from St. Xavier University.
