OKLAHOMA CITY (Sept. 12, 2024) – Jobplex, Inc., a DHR Global company, is pleased to announce that Ginny Edwards has joined the firm as Partner in the Technology and Industrial Practice Groups in Jobplex’s new Oklahoma City office.
In this role, Edwards will recruit emerging leaders for the energy, EnergyTech, industrial, and IndustrialTech sectors with a focus on organizations based in Oklahoma City, Midland, Dallas, and Houston.

Edwards’ talent acquisition and executive search experience includes working with large-cap industrial energy, supply chain, manufacturing, and transportation companies, as well as private equity and venture capital-backed industrial and SaaS companies. She brings a depth of industry knowledge and an extraordinary ability to align talent with business needs, delivering top-tier candidates who solve complex operational and technical challenges and drive success.

Prior to joining Jobplex, Ginny was Managing Partner at a talent acquisition consulting and retained search firm that specialized in solutions for venture capital and private equity-backed companies. She was also a talent acquisition advisor for multiple venture capital firms. Previously, she was Head of Talent for a private equity group that included several high-growth energy and EnergyTech companies in its portfolio, including one of the largest water midstream companies in the U.S.
Edwards earned a bachelor’s degree in sociology and English from the University of Georgia. She is a Board Member of the Oklahoma Venture Forum and remains staunchly dedicated to economic development across the Midcontinent.
