DENVER (MARCH 24, 2023) – Jobplex Inc., a DHR Global company, is pleased to announce that Glen Esnard has joined the firm as Partner in the Real Estate Practice Group, based in the Denver office.
Bringing over 30 years of real estate and search experience, Esnard accelerates the success of his clients through executive recruiting, career advisement and leadership development in the real estate sector. He is known for his effectiveness in applying real-world senior leadership experience to ensure successful outcomes.

Prior to Jobplex, Esnard served as Senior Principal of an executive search firm specializing in real estate, financial services and professional services. He focused on senior-level executive roles within large real estate organizations and private equity firms.
Before that, Esnard was President of US Brokerage with Colliers International, then transitioned to real estate advisory and services firm Grubb & Ellis/Newmark, where he served as President, Capital Markets. Previously, Esnard spent 22 years with CB Richard Ellis as a Senior Managing Director. Additionally, he founded Esnard Advisors, a talent management organizational consultancy for select clients.

Esnard earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Southern California and a master’s degree in learning and organizational change from Northwestern University. He is also a part-time instructor at Montana State University.
