From Hunt Scanlon Media – Jobplex, the Chicago-based partner company of DHR Global, has expanded with the additions of Renato Amador as a partner in its advanced technology, HR and non-profit practice groups; and Jacob Humbert as partner in the business and professional services practice group.
Mr. Morogiello, who is based in Joblex’s Dallas office, has a primary focus on the aviation and travel industries, where he has expertise in logistics, IT, non-profit, consulting and sales and marketing. He has recruited across industries and functions identifying boards, C-suite and senior-level decision makers.
Prior to joining Jobplex, Mr. Morogiello was the head of global aviation and hospitality practice at a Caldwell. He also gained search experience with Odgers Berndtson, Korn Ferry and Pearson Partners. Mr. Morogiello started his career with American Airlines for over 20 years in multiple roles ending his tenure as the head of global sales. He has spent the last decade solidifying his proficiency in professional staffing sharing his expertise with global retained search firm.

Mr. Amador will be based in the firm’s Washington, D.C. office. With more than 20 years of experience in retained executive search, he has developed and executed strategies for high profile searches ranging from director to vice president to CEO, C-suite and board director levels. He works with organizations spanning the business and professional services, non-profit, social impact, digital, E-commerce, consumer, retail and software sectors.
Mr. Amador has placed senior-level talent for high-growth venture capital/private-equity backed companies, the Fortune 1000 and closely-held/family-owned enterprises. He brings a unique background in developing diverse slates of candidates for board searches, corporate talent initiatives and targeted functional searches.

Prior to joining Jobplex, Mr. Amador was a partner in the technology and human resources practices for OverNorth. He also served as senior director of the technology and board services practices at Cook Associates. He began his search career with Russell Reynolds Associates and Spencer Stuart.

New Addition in Cleveland
Based on Cleveland, Mr. Humbert will be responsible for leading business development, search execution, client management and candidate assessment for high potential, next generation leaders across all industries.
Mr. Humbert previously served as vice president of recruiting and managing partner for The Christopher Group. While there, he led searches for human resources and executive leaders for some of the nation’s largest and fastest growing companies. Mr. Humbert also worked as a recruiter for MurTech Consulting and TEKsystems.
