With more than 13 years of experience, Erin has worked with leading companies across various industries. She is a trained HR professional and a licensed DiSC trainer/consultant. She provides end-to-end client support from entry-level management to C-suite-level professionals for a variety of industry-leading organizations. She consults with critical internal stakeholders regarding best practices, process alignment, market data and compensation strategies to create a tailored approach for each client. Throughout her career she has filled over 76% of her searches with diverse or female talent.

Prior to joining Jobplex, Erin spent more than 10 years in various leadership roles at a national talent advisory firm, most recently serving as President and Chief Operating Officer. She began her career in recruiting at Adecco Employment Services. Her clients have included Pepsi, Verizon, Whirlpool, Google, BP, Comcast, Kraft, US Foods, Tesoro, Compass Group, Domino Sugar, Petco, Sport Clips, Chase Arena, Raytheon, Johns Hopkins University, private equity firms and many others.

Erin is a graduate of Cleveland State University with a bachelor’s degree in business management and labor relations: human resources and is a long-time member of SHRM. She also has her Human Resource Management Certification from Cornell University. She currently resides in Mentor, Ohio with her husband and their son.
