Jason draws on more than eight years of executive search experience to deliver tailored recruitment solutions across human resources (HR) functions, including total rewards, executive compensation, benefits, and labor and employee relations.
Before joining Jobplex, Jason led a boutique executive search firm that focused exclusively on HR leadership. He oversaw the firm’s strategy, operations, and client relationships, leading a team of professionals and managing all stages of HR executive searches with a collaborative, high-touch approach.
Earlier in his career, he built and operated a business focused on the unmanned aerial vehicle industry, where he developed firsthand experience in hiring and scaling teams. Jason intuitively understands the critical imperative of hiring the right leaders.
Jason earned a bachelor’s degree in human resources management from Capella University.
