Lauren brings extensive healthcare executive search experience across a broad range of care settings, including academic medical centers, community hospitals, Critical Access Hospitals, and Level I Trauma Centers. She’s placed leaders primarily at the senior director and C-suite levels, giving her insight into the leadership needs of healthcare organizations with different missions, resources, and patient populations.
Before joining Jobplex, Lauren founded and served as Managing Director of a boutique healthcare search firm for nearly six years. In addition to leading executive searches, she oversaw the firm’s business development and operations.
Lauren earned an Executive Master of Business Administration from Ohio University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Dayton.
