With diligence, commitment and attention to detail, Rich has been recruiting talented executives, directors, managers and engineers in the industrial sector for over 20 years. Working with private equity firms and their portfolio companies, as well as other public and private businesses, he and his team take pride in bringing people who make a difference to their clients.
Throughout his career, Rich has worked with executives and boards to find key people for positions internationally, which has contributed to his in-depth understanding of various cultures. He is particularly adept at understanding his clients’ business needs and the challenges and opportunities they face in today’s market.
Rich earned a Bachelor of Arts in Management Science from Duke University and resides in Wilmington, N.C. He was a volunteer soccer coach for many years and has served on both nonprofit and private boards.
