Tristan serves as Partner in the Finance Practice Group in the firm’s Chicago office. He brings extensive expertise in placing leaders in a variety of industries, including private equity, industrial, business services, and consumer services. Tristan has experience placing C-suite executive positions, with a focus on Chief Financial Officers and emerging leaders in the finance function.
Since joining DHR more than 10 years ago, Tristan’s executive search expertise and proven success in the firm have led to several promotions. Starting as a Research Associate, he quickly rose through the ranks to Director, Talent Acquisition to Senior Associate to Director with a specialization in the Private Equity Practice. In this capacity, he supported the placement of Chief Executive Officers, Chief Financial Officers, Chief Operating Officers and functional Vice Presidents.
Tristan holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science from the University of Connecticut.
