Brooks brings more than 20 years of executive experience to the firm, along with previous experience in staffing and organizational consulting across a number of industries and disciplines.
In addition to executive search assignments, Brooks most recently led an organizational transformation for a global education organization and is presently partnering with a number of foundation and private equity boards to transform their organizations while identifying key external talent who can provide long-term leadership.
