With over 20 years of experience, Napolitano brings a high-touch approach to support her clients and candidates and a proven track record for managing and executing senior-level search projects in the retail sector. She has extensive knowledge in fashion, luxury, beauty, cosmetics, wellness, specialty retail, and merchandising.

Prior to joining Jobplex, Napolitano served as Principal, Retail & Consumer at a global search firm. She began her retail career upon completing the Executive Development Training Program at Macy’s. With a strong passion for people and navigating career paths, Napolitano held multiple positions in product development, HR, and talent acquisition at Macy’s, Walmart Inc., and Ross Stores before transitioning into executive search.
Napolitano holds a bachelor’s degree in sociology from Stonehill College and a master’s degree from Fordham University.
