PALM BEACH, Fla. (May 19, 2026) – Jobplex, Inc., a DHR Global company, announced today that Jason Rose has joined the firm as a Partner in its Human Resources Practice in Palm Beach, Fla. He will support the continued expansion of Jobplex’s Human Resources Practice, partnering with clients to identify and place HR leaders across key functions.
Rose brings more than eight years of experience placing human resources (HR) leaders across a range of industries, working with Fortune 500 companies, consulting firms, private equity-backed organizations, and their portfolio companies. His work spans key areas including total rewards, executive compensation, benefits, talent management, HR software, labor and employee relations, and talent acquisition.
He previously founded Tower Consultants Search Group, a highly respected executive search firm focused on HR leadership. At Jobplex, he will partner with colleagues across DHR to provide an expanded suite of leadership solutions while maintaining his longstanding commitment to a high-touch, candidate-centric approach to search.
