SARASOTA, Fla. (September 17, 2026) – Jobplex, Inc., a DHR Global company, announced today that Lauren Bencekovich has joined the firm as Partner in the Healthcare Services & Solutions Practice Group. Based in Sarasota, Fla., she’ll help expand the practice’s work with hospitals and health systems.
Bencekovich brings extensive experience in healthcare executive search, with a focus on recruiting senior directors and C-suite leaders. She’s partnered with a wide range of healthcare organizations, including academic medical centers, community hospitals, Critical Access Hospitals, and Level I Trauma Centers.

Before joining Jobplex, Bencekovich founded and served as managing director of a boutique healthcare search firm for nearly six years. She led the firm’s business development and operations while conducting executive searches for hospitals and health systems.

Bencekovich earned an executive Master of Business Administration from Ohio University and a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Dayton.
